Social and Recreational Activities Disability Support
Accessing the community is essential for participants in living meaningful lives. Support workers focus on accessing the community, participating in recreational activities, transport to allied health professionals, implementing allied health recommendations in the community and at-home. Along with other goal-driven activities that suit to the participants needs.
Plan Management
Our experience in plan management for our participants is aimed to make sure that they achieve the most out of their plan. Our plan managing corresponds with participants in how to effectively use funding to achieve all participants goals. Our job is to manage and monitor your funds and provide financial reporting.
Support Coordination
Our support coordinators work to assist our participants in getting the necessary resources to understanding their plan as well as advocating for our participants. Support coordinators ensure you live as independently as you can, manage services and support you in exercising your choice and control.
